The following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is set forth below to be applied to the handling of user information, including personal information, on the services provided by the administrator (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").


1. User information to be collected and collection method

In the Policy, the term "User Information" shall refer to information pertaining to the identification of users, action history on communication services, and other information generated or stored in connection with users or their devices, such as smartphones and PCs, and which is collected by the administrator in accordance with this Policy. The User Information collected by the administrator of the Services will be as follows, depending on the method of collection.

1) Information provided by users
In order to use the Services, users are requested to provide the following information.

　Other information that the user enters into the input form that is determined by the administrator.
    Information provided by other services when the user permits linkage with other services when using the Services

2) When a user permits linkage with external services such as social networking services in using the Services, the following information will be collected from such external services based on what the user agreed to when he/she permitted such linkage.
　IDs used by the user for the external services
　Other information that the user has authorized to be disclosed to the linked external services according to the privacy settings of the external services.
　Information that the administrator collects when the user uses the services.

3) We may collect information about your access to and use of the Services. This includes the following information.
　Device information
　Log information
　Cookies and anonymous IDs
　Location information


2. Purpose of Use

2-1 The User Information will be used for the provision of the Services as specified in 2-2, and may also be used for other purposes as specified in 2-3.

2-2 Specific purposes of use of the User Information related to the provision of the Services are as follows
 1) To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services, including acceptance of registration, identification, and calculation of fees for the Services.
 2) To provide information on the Services and to respond to inquiries, etc.
 3) To respond to actions that violate the terms, policies, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use, etc.") of the administrator of the Service.
 4) To notify users of changes to the Terms of Use, etc.
 5) For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use.

2-3 Purposes of use other than 2-2 above are set as follows.

3. Method of Notification, Publication, or Obtaining Consent, and Request to Cease Use

3-1 The following User Information shall be subject to user consent prior to collection.

3-2 A user may request the discontinuation of use of all or part of the User Information by making the prescribed settings for the Services, in which case the administrator will promptly discontinue its use in accordance with the provisions of the administrator. In addition, because the collection or use of certain items of the User Information is a prerequisite for the Services, the administrator will stop collecting such information only after the user has withdrawn from the Services in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the administrator.


4. External Transmission, Provision to Third Parties, and Existence of Information Collection Modules

5. Provision to Third Parties

The administrator will not provide personal information among the User Information to any third party without the prior consent of the user, except in cases where disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. However, this shall not apply in the following cases
 1) When the administrator outsources all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
 2) When personal information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons.
 3) When personal information is provided to the Information Collection Module Provider in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.
 4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, a local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by either a national agency or local government to execute affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the user's consent may interfere with the execution of such affairs.
 5) Other cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.


6. Disclosure of Personal Information

When a user requests disclosure of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the administrator shall confirm that the request is made by the user himself/herself and disclose the information to the user without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, the administrator shall notify the user to that effect). However, this does not apply to cases in which the administrator is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.


7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

7-1 In the event that the administrator receives a request from a user to correct the content of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law on the grounds that such personal information is untrue, or on the grounds that such personal information has been used for purposes other than those previously announced, or that such personal information has been collected through deception or other wrongful means, the administrator shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and based on the results, correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user to that effect. If the administrator decides not to correct or suspend the use of personal information based on reasonable grounds, the administrator will notify the user to that effect.

7-2 If the administrator receives a request from a user to erase the user's personal information, and if the administrator deems it necessary to comply with the request, the administrator will erase the personal information after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself, and will notify the user to that effect.

7-3 The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs do not apply in cases where the administrator is not obligated to make corrections, etc. or suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.


8. Procedures for Changing the Privacy Policy
The administrator shall review the operation of the handling of the User Information from time to time and strive for continuous improvement, and may change this policy as necessary. In the event of any changes, the user will be notified in the manner prescribed by the administrator. However, in the case of changes to the content of the policy that would require the consent of the user under the law, the consent of the user shall be obtained in the manner prescribed by the administrator.
