Tricolor Recital Vol. 3

This piano recital features three pianists—all members of the amateur piano club “Generalprobe”—who bring their unique styles to the stage. Since a piano produces different tones depending on the player, the performers have superimposed these individual styles onto visual “colors.” The recital is titled “Tricolor Recital” to convey the meaning of three-colored melodies played by these three pianists. Kanako Kusama, Sayo Takahashi, and Hiromi Suzuki will give shape to the feelings they have cultivated through their ongoing musical studies and share the joy of music with you all. The program features masterpieces spanning the Classical and Romantic periods, including Beethoven’s “Pathétique,” Schubert’s “Four Impromptus,” and Chopin’s Piano Sonata No. 3.
