On Saturday, July 11, starting at 1:00 PM, we will be holding a woodwind quintet concert at Studio B in Building B on the Ikebukuro Campus of Tokyo College of Music!

Even among those who regularly listen to classical music, surprisingly few may have had the chance to truly appreciate a woodwind quintet.

In this concert, we’ll perform famous woodwind quintet works by composers such as Ibert, as well as arrangements for woodwind quintet of pieces like “Rhapsody in Blue.” Additionally, through an instrument introduction segment, we’ll fully showcase the unique charms of each instrument in the woodwind quintet.

We invite you to come experience the world of the woodwind quintet—where five distinct and vibrant tones come together—right here at the venue♪

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re visiting the hall for the first time or a local resident. Admission is free and no reservation is required, so please feel free to drop by.
