Ryukyu Symphony Orchestra: Community Concert in Miyakojima 2026 Unofficial

A special concert where parents and children can enjoy an orchestra together will be held at the JTA Dome Miyakojima during summer vacation. The event will feature Daisuke Yokoyama—a children’s singer beloved by many young fans—as a special guest. Accompanied by the colorful performances of the Ryukyu Symphony Orchestra, the concert will present a selection of classic songs the whole family can enjoy. Joined by Miyako-based singer Minami Shimoji and the Miyako Boys and Girls Choir—making their debut appearance at this event—this heartwarming performance will feature songs beloved by the people of Miyako Island and the lively singing voices of local children. The venue features an artificial turf area without chairs, allowing you to experience the music up close in a relaxed atmosphere.
