Relay Concert Featuring Steinway and Kawai & Tomoka Inazawa Mini-Concert Unofficial

A special event offering the unique experience of playing internationally acclaimed full-size concert grand pianos will be held in the Main Hall of Sunport Hall Takamatsu. Two renowned instruments—a Steinway D-274 and a Kawai SK-EX, both installed just last April 2025—will be set up on stage, providing participants with a rare opportunity to fully enjoy the distinct sounds of each. In addition to a relay-style performance by members of the public, a mini-concert will be held featuring special guest Tomoka Inazawa, winner of the Grand Prix (Special Class) at the PTNA Piano Competition. Ms. Inazawa is a talented pianist who captivates audiences with her exceptional technique and rich expressiveness, and on this day, she is scheduled to perform a number of masterpieces, including Chopin’s Scherzo. Please enjoy a special afternoon immersed in the beautiful tones of the piano within the Grand Hall’s magnificent acoustic space.
