Chen Min Special Commemorative Concert

A special commemorative concert by erhu player Chen Min, marking the 35th anniversary of her arrival in Japan, will be held in Kanagawa Prefecture. This performance is part of the “Project to Bring Chen Min’s Sound to Your Town” and aims to directly deliver her warm, heartfelt tones to the audience. Joining her on stage will be guitarist Atsushige Muraishi, bass erhu player Xiao Yi, and pianist Yuka Iwabuchi, allowing you to enjoy a superb ensemble woven from a diverse array of instruments. At the venue, Fujisawa F-Place Hall, this is a rare opportunity to experience up close the one-of-a-kind erhu melodies woven by Chen Min. In addition, an erhu workshop is scheduled after the performance, so you’ll be able to spend a fulfilling time not only appreciating the performance but also delving deeply into the charm of the erhu.
