The Green Heart Wind Orchestra will hold its 32nd Annual Concert at the long-awaited Setagaya Egret Hall. Based primarily in Setagaya Ward, our ensemble has been dedicated to perfecting the sound of wind music since its founding in 1991. The main program for this concert features Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8, arranged for wind band by Kohei Ogawa. As the culmination of our efforts in arranging orchestral works for wind band, we will present a truly unique ensemble performance. Please come to the venue and enjoy a heartwarming performance that our members—ranging in age from their 20s to their 70s—have spent a year perfecting. As an ensemble deeply rooted in our community, all of us look forward to sharing a moment of connection with you through our music.
