Quintet Tree: A Concert of Masterpieces That Take You on a Musical Journey

This is a special concert by Quintet Ju, a woodwind quintet formed in 2021 by five elite musicians of the same generation. In 2024, they won a Special Prize in the woodwind quintet category at the 73rd ARD Munich International Music Competition held in Germany, where local media praised their delicate and meticulous musicality and emotionally rich expression. The ensemble’s name, “Quintet Ki,” is derived from the Japanese word for “five trees,” reflecting the woodwind instruments themselves, and they strive to create a harmonious ensemble while respecting each member’s individuality.
