Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Music Workshop “Shall We Sing?” Unofficial

This workshop is an experiential program designed to help participants discover a new side of themselves through song and dance, using a flexible body and a resonant voice. Yukako Takada, a workshop leader at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, will facilitate the session, with dance instructor Ryoko Inagaki and soprano Yuriko Komai participating as instructors. The program features a rich lineup of activities designed to relax both mind and body, including “Chair Ballet” exercises using chairs, physical expression set to music, and singing nostalgic songs. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to returning participants—this is a special opportunity to expand your horizons through music. The program is open to adults, and participants aged 65 and older can attend for free. The event will be held in the Multipurpose Hall at the Morishita Cultural Center. Take a break from your daily routine, move your body freely to the music, and fully savor the joy of self-expression.
