Introduction to Opera: Long Live Mozart! Part 2: The Opera "Cosi Fan Tutte" Unofficial

This introductory course is designed to help you explore the world of Mozart’s masterful operas in greater depth and with greater enjoyment. In this performance, we will focus on *Cosi fan tutte*, featuring incisive analysis and insights from Chiharu Wakabayashi, a composer and professor at Shiga University. Furthermore, soprano Noriko Wakisaka—who is also a registered soloist with the Biwako Hall Vocal Ensemble—will provide a stunning live performance, illuminating the work’s appeal from both theoretical and practical perspectives. We will explain opera—which is often perceived as difficult—in a way that is easy to understand and approachable for beginners, so even those new to classical music or opera can fully enjoy the experience.
