Aichi Chamber Orchestra The Legend Ensemble Series No.7

Yoshiko Kawamoto, Strings Advisor and Principal Guest Violist of the Aichi Chamber Orchestra, will produce a special evening of chamber music. Yoshiko Kawamoto, who has been expanding her activities as a violinist in recent years, will perform with up-and-coming violinist Kazuhito Yamane, demonstrating her advanced skills to the fullest. The program opens with Geminiani's arrangement of Corelli's masterpiece, the brilliant concerto concerto No. 12 "La Follia," and continues with Schnittke's "Mozart à la Haydn," a mixture of classical and contemporary music. The program will close with J.S. Bach's masterpiece "Goltberg Variations" in a version arranged by Sitkovetsky. The two musicians are well versed in the sound of stringed instruments, and their deep insight and sensitivity shine through in this supreme ensemble.
