Yoko Ono was once the queen of avant-garde art and a great influence on John Lennon. This performance is an experimental art project centered on her masterpiece "Grapefruit," in which contemporary music composers and performers will challenge the fundamental question, "What is art? This is an experimental art project in which composers and performers of contemporary music will challenge the fundamental question, "What is art? Tracing the spirituality inherited from John Cage and his memory of Toshi Ichiyanagi, the project reconstructs Ono's poetics and philosophy from a contemporary perspective. Taking advantage of the characteristics of scenography and sound, this live performance, developed in an intimate space with a limited number of 60 people, will stimulate the audience's thinking anew in this age when the avant-garde has become routine and consumed. What will the up-and-coming artists extract and present from the historical avant-garde record as they face both body and soul? We are pleased to present a gem of a time to explore the possibilities of art in the everyday.
