Cello on a Summer Night

Listen to the sound of cellos on a summer night.

Akiko Sakomoto, cellist of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra, will appear at the Kanagawa Art Hall. Bach's Arioso, Beethoven's Sonata No. 3, Rachmaninoff's Vocalise, and Cassadó's "Words of Endearment" - masterpieces from different periods and styles will reveal the rich expression of the cello instrument.
The piano will be played by Kumiko Nishihata, and the two will play in perfect unison, softly filling the summer evening air.
