Ravensrust Philharmonic Orchestra 11th Concert

The 11th concert will feature the symphonies of Borodin and Tchaikovsky, two leading composers of Russian music.
Borodin's second symphony, with its powerful and majestic sound and nostalgic melody, and Tchaikovsky's symphony with its folkloric coloring.
Borodin's Symphony No. 2, full of folkloric colors, and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5, with its heartrending drama as if he were facing his destiny.
These two symphonies of different character, each with its own passion and songfulness, depict a rich world unique to Russian music.
Shin Ito will conduct for the first time with Raven.
