A sublime experience where you can feel the intensity of the music up close, even closer than from the orchestra. The second installment of the Kanagawa Philharmonic’s series features Tomotake Seki, a young violinist active both in Japan and abroad, as our guest artist, alongside a concert presented by the members of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra in a tightly knit ensemble setting. In Part 1, we will present Schubert’s masterpiece “Death and the Maiden,” and in Part 2, a medley of beloved classics—all performed at a luxurious proximity where you can even hear the performers’ every breath. We invite you to experience this concert in person at the hall.
