1:30 PM–4:00 PM Ensemble Workshop
In this workshop, we’ll hear tips from the horn and euphonium duo Turquoise (Horn: Atsushi Ogawa; Euphonium: Akira Imamura) on how to get more enjoyment out of ensemble playing, and we’ll learn by actually performing together.
5:00 PM–8:30 PM Ambition Ensemble
To put what you learned in the Ensemble Workshop into practice right away, you’ll form your own ensembles by randomly pairing up with other participants.
The two members of Turquoise will also join us for this session, so you’ll have the chance to experience firsthand how a professional ensemble is put together! (Please note that participation is determined by lottery, so placement cannot be guaranteed.)
