The 5th Tokyo Biedermeier Music Festival will be held at the Ota Kumin Plaza's Main Hall. The festival will consist of a chamber music section and an orchestral section, offering a rich program that will allow the audience to enjoy the sounds of a variety of ensembles and orchestras all at the same time. In the chamber music section, the individuality of each group will shine through in performances ranging from classics by Handel, Beethoven, and Bach to lyrical masterpieces by Azarashvili. In the orchestral section in the latter half of the festival, Schubert's "Rosamunde" Overture, Dvořák's symphony, and the gorgeous Khachaturian Waltz will be performed to convey the full appeal of the profound yet delicate music. Admission is free and preschool children are welcome, so families are invited to enjoy authentic classical music to their heart's content.
