New National Theatre, Tokyo Opera Studio Open Master Class Unofficial

An "Open Master Class" will be held in the foyer of the Opera Palace of the New National Theatre, Tokyo, featuring John Norris, a core member of a prominent German opera studio for fostering young talent. This is a rare opportunity for Mr. Norris, who has taught and directed at opera houses around the world, to directly instruct trainees of the New National Theatre Opera Studio. Piano accompaniment will be provided by Miki Konodera. Young talents who will lead the next generation of opera performers will have the opportunity to experience up-close how they hone their techniques and deepen their expression under the guidance of a front-line instructor.
