Rie Tanaka Piano Recital
~Reflecting on Debussy and Chopin~
2026/06/21(su.) 14:00 Starting
Kawai Nagoya Concert Salon Boule (Aichi)
Official https://www.inopia.jp/concert/
This recital features pianist Rie Tanaka performing the greatest masterpieces by Chopin and Debussy. The program includes the Minuet and “Clair de Lune” from Debussy’s “Suite bergamasque,” which showcases his richly colorful sensibility, the complete “Études, Op. 10” by Chopin, which blend sophisticated technique with lyricism; and the complete “Scherzos,” whose dramatic developments stir the soul—all making for a truly compelling program. Rie Tanaka boasts a distinguished track record in competitions both in Japan and abroad and is widely active not only as a soloist but also as a chamber music and choral pianist. She elegantly portrays her imaginative inner world—which she describes as “a journey from heart to heart”—through the resonance of the piano.
