This is the fifth performance of the "Harpsichord Music Series 2026" by harpsichord authority Junsei Watanabe. With world-renowned viola da gamba player Jun Sakai as a co-star, the concert will focus on works by J.S. Bach's sons, C.P.E. Bach and J.C. Bach. The program presents a number of delicate and elegant sonatas that carry on the tradition of their father, Bach, but also breathe new life into the era. The audience will be able to fully enjoy the deep ensemble of historical instruments in the intimate and rich resonance of the Komagome Imai-kan Bible Auditorium. We hope you will enjoy the prestigious sound of ancient music that bridges the gap from the Baroque to the Classical era.
