The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Eastern Area Band presents the 85th Regular Concert. Established in 1960, the band has been active in a wide range of areas from the Kanto Koshinetsu region to Shizuoka Prefecture, and will hold a brass band concert for the enjoyment of local residents. Conducted by 2nd Lt. Ichiro Sakai, the band's commander, and 2nd Lt. Tomohiro Nakamura, the music group leader, the JGSDF Eastern Area Band will present a powerful performance. The program will include a variety of brass band works, including selections from the 2026 All Japan Brass Band Competition, "Souhi Reishi Jorurihime no Shizuku" by Masanori Taruya, and highlights from the movie "Always: Sunset on Third Street" by Naoki Sato.
