On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Yohei Kuroki will give a piano recital at Oji Hall in Ginza.

The world woven by Yohei Kuroki is so powerful and beautiful that it is hard to believe that it is coming from a single piano, as if you are listening to an orchestra.
This is a program that will allow you to take your time and enjoy the afterglow of the "live sound" that can only be experienced in a concert hall.

Talks will be given in between the performances to make the concert even more enjoyable.
In addition to the background of the piece and what to listen to, we will also include a talk that focuses on the way the sound is received itself. The talk will not only provide knowledgeable explanations of the pieces, but will also allow the audience to appreciate the sound of each piece more deeply from a perspective that will change the way they listen to the music.

We want the younger generation to have the opportunity to experience live performance.
With this in mind, we are inviting students to the concert free of charge.
Although we usually listen to music on videos or sound sources, there are surprisingly few opportunities to hear the sound of a piano directly in a concert hall.
How many different sounds can be created from a single piano?
The moment the sound spreads, the sensation of the air changing, the silence after the performance.
Such an experience can only be had by being there, not through a screen.
