Piano recital by Yoshine Numazawa, a favorite pupil of the "Georgian Witch" Vilsalase. She has won the first prize at the International Pozzoli Competition in Italy, the third prize at the International Cologne Competition, and has given recitals in the main hall of the prestigious Moscow Conservatory of Music, and is a talented pianist highly acclaimed in Japan and abroad. She will present a diverse program ranging from Grieg's Lyric Pieces to Schumann's fantastic works and Rachmaninoff's passionate Piano Sonata No. 2. She is also an associate professor of piano at Toho Gakuen School of Music, and we hope you will enjoy her sensitive and powerful performance. Pre-school children are not admitted.
