As a special event of the 47th Kirishima International Music Festival, a public lesson will be held featuring Wataru Ikegami, trombonist of the NHK Symphony Orchestra. As the second installment of this project, which was very popular last year, this is an extremely valuable opportunity to experience up close the playing technique and rich musicality of one of Japan's leading top players. The lessons will be held on the stage of the Takarazan Hall with seating set up in the audience, allowing the audience to observe the instruction in detail, as if it were a documentary.
