The YAO Orchestra's 23rd Subscription Concert is an outstanding program of fast, lyrical, and magnificent music all at once. From the vivid opening of the overture to Glinka's "Ruslan and Ludmilla," the widely loved melody of Smetana's "Moldau," and the horn call of Bruckner's "Romantic," the magnificent architecture of sound building up over long breaths and a grand climax.
