The annual summer special concert by General Director Yukio Fujioka and the Kansai Philharmonic Orchestra will be held at the Higashi-Osaka Cultural Creation Hall. The soloist will be Kentaro Hashimoto, an up-and-coming pianist from Higashiosaka City who is highly acclaimed in competitions in Japan and abroad.
