Kyushu Symphony Orchestra Open Rehearsal Unofficial

This is a rare open rehearsal by the Kyushu Symphony Orchestra to be held at Arcus SASEBO. As a related event to the "Art Experience Classroom for Children" for fifth grade elementary school students in Sasebo, this is an excellent opportunity for citizens to experience the power of a live orchestra up close and personal. With Hideaki Matsumura as conductor and Miyazaki Miyako as koto player, the orchestra will perform Michio Miyagi's masterpiece "Spring Sea" and Borodin's "Dances of the Datantan People," etc. Admission is from age 0, so families with young children can become familiar with authentic classical music. We hope you will join us to experience the excitement of a professional orchestra creating music with a talk by the conductor.
