Mizuka Ueno and Naoki Takagishi are leading figures in the world of ballet, and Tatsuru Machida pursues the aesthetics of figure skating. This special project, born out of "friendship" and "respect" between the three, will be the finale of the last performance before the renovation of the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan Small Hall. In the first part, Machida will narrate a fantastical stage performance that combines video and live performances of Chopin and Grieg's masterpieces. In the second part, world-renowned prima ballerina Sachiko Nakamura will be the guest performer for a cross-talk session that will delve deeply into the significance of dancing Chopin's music.
