Hiroyasu Yamamoto, one of Japan's foremost cellists, has played with major Japanese orchestras and is currently a professor at the Tokyo College of Music, where he also devotes himself to training younger musicians. This is the second performance in the series in which he will perform the complete works of J.S. Bach's "Suite for Unaccompanied Cello," a milestone in the history of cello music.
