Yasuyuki Yamamoto Trombone Recital Vol.6

Originally, the trombone was a fairly simple instrument with only a bell and slide, but recently in the trombone industry, the tenor-bass trombone with an additional F-tube has become the mainstream. This was born out of the wider range of registers used and the increasing difficulty of the music, but for this concert, we dared not to use the F-tube, but to use only the simple tenor trombone, and we hope you will enjoy its sound.

The program will include Bach, the rarely performed Matei Trombone Concerto, Monty's Csardasz, and other pieces that are full of the trombone's charm.

We have invited Ms. Masako Tonegawa as accompanist.
