Workshop "Creating New Music" Vol. 5 will be held as one of the featured programs of the Chofu International Music Festival 2026. In this event, three of Japan's leading composers, Hitomi Kaneko, Toshio Hosokawa, and Naoki Sakata, will be invited as instructors to provide direct guidance to aspiring professional composers. This is a rare opportunity to learn the essence of creative writing from the perspective of leading creators using sketches of previously unpublished works as the subject matter. Under the supervision of Masaaki Suzuki and produced by Yuto Suzuki, the program is filled with intellectual stimulation, allowing participants to witness the moment when new music is born.
