In the first half of the 20th century, the world changed at a dizzying pace.
World War I, advances in science and technology, and the return of war.
In the midst of the turmoil, people continued to pursue their dreams.

They thought of visions of bygone days in the gorgeous dances, placed new hope in the burnt-out cities, and wished for everlasting prosperity.
All of these thoughts flowed in an unbroken circle.

The same is true of music.
A single melody appears over and over again, changing form and transcending time. Its power of repetition is passed down from generation to generation, crystallizing as the unique sound of each era.

In this era of war and reconstruction, of hope and disappointment, the echoes never cease to resonate.
Yet the echoes never ceased, and the next dream continued to be drawn.

Four years have passed since the founding of the Cercatori.
We will shine a light on the sound of the composer Kunihiko Hashimoto's symphony No. 1, which has been buried in the passage of time, and other works.
