Akiko Yano Cello Echoes Mini-concert Unofficial

A solo mini-concert by Akiko Yano, cellist of the New Japan Philharmonic, will be held at the beautiful music hall "Gengakutei" surrounded by the rich nature of Nasu Highlands. A graduate of the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, Yano has studied both in Japan and abroad, and has a rich career in orchestral and chamber music. She will perform Bach's masterpiece "Suite for Unaccompanied Cello No. 1 in G major" and other pieces, fully demonstrating the deep and warm sound of the cello instrument. The concert will be held in the warmth of a wooden Gassho-zukuri space, offering a blissful moment spent with the refined sounds of the cello.
