The 4th Tokatsu Regional Cultural Festival "Enjoy this Moment - Connecting the Culture of the Tokatsu Region" will be held from June 6 (Sat.) to 14 (Sun.), 2026, at Sawayaka Chiba Kenmin Plaza, where cultural groups from the six East Katsushika cities (Abiko, Kashiwa, Kamagaya, Nagareyama, Noda and Matsudo) will gather to present the results of their daily cultural activities. There will be stage performances, demonstrations, practical skill presentations, and exhibitions of works in the gallery. Last year, the 3rd Tokatsu Regional Cultural Festival attracted a total of approximately 8,000 visitors.

In addition to this group, on June 6, "Western Day," there will be performances by Acorde (ukulele ensemble), Aloha Sounds (Hawaiian music and hula), PM Season (Showa song band), NACHA Lover of music studio (singing and dancing), G-Witch (exercise dancing), Nagareyama City Cultural (classical music performance), Mixed Chorus Soreiyu (chorus), LaLala Ocarina (ocarina performance), Nagareyama Singers "THE TOMESODE" (chorus), and Sereja (samba dance) will be participating. (titles omitted).

On Saturday and Sunday (6/6, 6/7, 6/13, and 6/14), kitchen cars will be set up to liven up the festival!　The finale (6/14) will be a Bon dance with Cheeba-kun from 16:00!
