Yuki Tsuboi Bassoon Recital

On March 23, 2026, bassoonist Yuki Tsuboi will give his first recital at the Artist Salon "Dolce" Tokyo.

This recital will feature W.A. Mozart's "Sonata K292" (bassoon and piano version), P. Bonneau's "Caprice in Waltz Form," F. Mendelssohn's "Sonata No. 2 for Cello, Op. 58," and others.

There are not many works written for bassoon. For this reason, we have chosen to perform on bassoon a work that has always fascinated us.

While cherishing the charm of the original, we will explore a new expression with the tone and breath unique to this instrument.

Performing with us will be pianist Harutsuko Ohori.
We will weave the music carefully while sharing the same respect for the work.

I want to deliver the music I love with my own voice.
This recital will be the first step toward that goal.
