Nakano Community Symphony Orchestra The 80th Regular Concert

This is a program of well-known super-music pieces. Both pieces are filled with "that melody" that you may have heard on TV or elsewhere, and are simply a treasure trove of wonderful melodies.
However, inside, "From the New World" is a work filled with Dvořák's feelings for his homeland, as he struggled with anxiety after being exposed to a different culture far away in the United States. Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" is filled with Mussorgsky's will to overcome his deep sadness at the death of his friend, a painter whom he respected and admired, and to look forward with strong courage to the development of Russian culture. Both are very profound works that contain strong inner feelings.
