Performer Biographies
Haruka KANAYASU began playing the violin at the age of five. Graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, majoring in violin, at the top of her class. At the same time, she received the Takeoka Prize. Completed the string soloist course. Performed in the graduation concert for students with outstanding academic achievements, the 89th Yomiuri Newcomers Concert, and many other concerts. Passed auditions to perform with the Sawakami Opera 2018 and the Pollonia Philharmonic Orchestra. Currently, as a freelance player, she is making guest appearances with professional orchestras, mainly in Sekisoku, performing in chamber music, and teaching younger students.
Hitomi Seta graduated from Kunitachi College of Music, Department of Performance and Creative Writing, majoring in violin. Attended the master class at the Kunitachi College of Music in Vienna in 2009. She was selected for the Competition for the Best Grades and performed in concert. Selected for the 19th Osaka International Competition, Chamber Music Division. Participated in the Toyohashi Cammassequa Catemie 2026. Currently resides in Kyoto. She is a registered artist with 1,000,000 Classical Live.
Tamura Yako began playing the violin at the age of three. After attending Kunitachi College of Music High School, she graduated from the Kunitachi College of Music. Currently works as a freelance musician. Studied under Masashi Arai, Masayo Okuda, and Keiko Urushihara. Studied chamber music under Takashi Aoki and Keiko Urushihara. She was a performance assistant at Kunitachi College of Music. He is also a member of the assistant staff of the Senzoku Gakuen School of Music.
Aya Sasaki began piano lessons at age 3 and cello lessons at age 13. In 2016, she moved to the U.S. to study with Marcy Rosen at the Aaron Coebland School of Music at Queens University in New York City. During her studies, she received the Alexanderand Florence Kouguell Award and the J. Pastore Cello Award and graduated summa cum laude in May 2021. She currently performs and teaches cello and piano.
