Musikverein Chamber Orchestra 17th Regular Concert

The Musikverein Chamber Orchestra was formed in the spring of 2009 by former concertmasters and principal players of the Keio Wagner Society Orchestra and the Waseda University Philharmonic Orchestra. The 17th subscription concert opens with String Quartet No. 4 in C minor, a technical fusion of young Beethoven's passion and introspection. Dvořák's Piano Quintet in A major follows, offering a full appreciation of formal perfection, the beauty of Bohemian melodies, and the equilibrium between string and piano ensemble.
