The Bach Collegium Japan (BCJ), founded in 1990, is an internationally acclaimed performance group using original instruments. This performance is the 50th anniversary open rehearsal of the BCJ, based on a mutual cooperative partnership with the Chofu City Foundation for Culture and Community Promotion. Under the baton of Masato Suzuki, Executive Producer of the Chofu International Music Festival and Principal Conductor of the BCJ, the audience will be able to observe up close the precious process of creating the music for J.S.
