On a personal note, in the first half of the part
Composer Kozaburo Hirai will sing "Arasaramu" and "Kurogami no" which are representative of the sentiment of classical waka poems,
I will sing "Arasaramu" and "Kurogami no" which are representative of his musicalization of the sentiments of classical Japanese poetry with a modern yet Japanese sensibility.
Two songs in both the first and second half of the concert.

In this scene, Adriana, a stage actress, tells Maurice, a playwright, about her view of art as follows.

I am but a humble servant of the genius of creation (poetry and art)

The essence of this aria is not "self-assertion," but a declaration of devotion to art.
On the surface, it is humble, quiet, restrained emotion.
But on the inside
Intense pride as an artist
A determination to devote his life to the stage.
An unwavering belief that "I am a servant of art itself."

Flowers are inherently symbolic of "love" and "beauty," but,

Interpretation of the sentiment
What we find in this aria is neither anger nor vengeance.
I don't curse the jealous Duchess for sending the poisoned flower using her lover's name.
She mistakenly thought that the poisoned flowers came from her lover,

But there is a sadness that I understand.
Adriana is at this moment,
