Fiesta Wind Symphony is an amateur brass band formed in February 2016 by alumni and former members of the Waseda Symphonic Band.
This year's concert will mark the 10th anniversary of the band's founding, and will feature a distinguished program that is uniquely Fiesta, including a reprise of "Aoba Aogeba," the band's first commissioned work.
In the second part, we will welcome Mr. Koichi Takeuchi, Permanent Conductor of the Waseda Symphonic Band, as guest conductor, and perform James Barnes' Sixth Symphony, a rare piece that rarely has a chance to be performed.
