Chiharu Wakabayashi Exhibition 2026 × Wataru Hisasue Piano Recital Unofficial

Pianist Wataru Hisasue, winner of the second prize at the Queen Elisabeth International Music Competition, will perform a special concert of all 28 pieces in the piano collection "Tama-Kyo...momentariness" by composer Chiharu Wakabayashi, winner of the first prize at the Japan Music Competition. In celebration of the publication of the collection, the audience will be able to fully enjoy the natural resonance spun by the rich acoustics of Figaro Hall, with a talk by the composer himself and a listening performance by Kiichi Suganuma. Since preschool children are not allowed to enter the hall, the audience will be able to concentrate on the delicate sounds of the works.
