The 16th Hokkaido Wind Music Festival in Sapporo Kyoiku Bunka Kaikan [Day 1, Main Hall].

Anyone! Everyone! is the theme of this interactive concert that transcends groups, generations, professionals and amateurs, with a program of must-hear performances by brass band fans and instruction by professional players for students.

Performers will also play from the audience seats, making this a lively festival in which the audience becomes one!
