Hiroyuki Kaneki, Rihon Aida, Shin Takashi Suzuki / Spring Special Concert

With the arrival of spring, YN Salon is proud to present a special stage.
This year's "Spring Special Concert" will be performed by three renowned musicians who are gaining attention in Japan and abroad: cellist Hiroyuki Kaneki, violinist Ribon Aida, and pianist Shin Taka Suzuki. The three musicians, who combine outstanding performance skills and deep musicality, will perform a series of masterpieces under the title "Russian Dream," which depicts the rich emotion and scale of Russian music.

The program will begin with "Andante" from Rachmaninoff's "Sonata for Cello. The melody resembled a deep prayer, and the warm, enveloping sound of the cello quietly filled the hall. Kaneki's tone will bring Rachmaninoff's world, where poetic sentiment and solitude, hope and introspection intersect, vividly to life. In Khachaturian's "Concerto Rhapsody," the cello's powerful energy will blossom in a new way, as it bursts into vibrant rhythms and colors.

Violinist Rihon Aida appeared in "Melody" from Tchaikovsky's "Memories of a Nostalgic Land. Aida sings this well-loved masterpiece, one of the most popular violin pieces of all time, with a soft and delicate sound that is rich in emotion. The second half of the concert will be Tchaikovsky's "Violin Concerto. The young and talented Aida will fully present this great masterpiece that combines brilliance, melancholy, and elegance. His high level of expressiveness and keen sensitivity will surely bring new life to this work.

The three performers will be supported by the pianist Shin-taka Suzuki, who possesses rich musical intelligence and a supple sense of ensemble. He brilliantly captures the dense harmonies and profound structures characteristic of Russian music and brings out the best in the soloists.
