2025 Rentaro Taki Commemorative Concert "The Notes Rentaro Loved" - Singing the Sound of Rentaro

Grants Takata will hold a concert in honor of Rentaro Taki on Saturday, January 17, 2026, titled "Notes that Rentaro Loved.

The theme of the concert, which will be held for the fourth year this year, is "The Sound of Rentaro, Sung by Rentaro," and will shed light on the music that Rentaro Taki loved throughout his life. The center of attention will be the "co-creation" stage by the Rentaro Chamber Orchestra Kyushu, the Takeda City Hibari Boys and Girls Choir, and Satoshi Ikuno, all of whom are from different generations and standpoints. The melodies and thoughts left behind by Rentaro Taki will be spun into a new story through music, using a variety of expressions including narration, string music, and chorus.

The co-creation of the three will create the "sound of Rentaro" that transcends generations from the Meiji period to 2025. Why don't you come and touch the soul of Rentaro Taki, a young man who loved music?
