Program A will present a 70-minute performance on a stage lined with dozens of drums of various sizes, including the giant taiko drum, which is the pride of the Japanese drum group "Wa" and has a diameter of approximately 2 meters and weighs over 500 kg. The powerful beats echoing from their well-trained bodies and the profound tones produced by the large taiko drums, which are made from a tree more than 400 years old, will captivate audiences of all nationalities and ages. A workshop to experience taiko drumming will be held from 1:00 p.m., offering a rare opportunity for audience members to actually beat the drums.
