In this special performance, shakuhachi artists Naoshi Tajima and Kenichi Tajima will present a chance encounter between traditional classical pieces and new works by contemporary music artists. In the first part, in addition to classics such as "Tsuru no nakago", "Uchinami no kyoku", and "Shika no tohon", new pieces by Mayuko Kawasaki, Masamichi Kinoshita, and Tsunoru Kawakami will be performed for the first time.
