Profile
Rika Sawai (violin)

After graduating from Toho Girls' High School of Music, Sawai graduated from the Vienna State University of Music with a master's degree in violin with the highest honors. She won the 3rd prize in the string section of the 3rd Sogaku Competition, the 1st prize in the 7th Onkyo Music Contest, the Jury Prize in the 2nd All Japan Junior Classical Music Competition, and many other awards in international competitions. As a scholarship student, he performed at the opening concert of the Wiener MusikSeminar, and as a member of the Webern Symphonie Orchester, he performed at the Golden Hall of the Vienna Alumni Association.
As a member of Webern Kammerphilharmonie, she participated in the production (filming, recording, and performance) of a Red Bull commercial song and music video. She has studied violin under such renowned players as Akiko Tatsumi, Kumiko Eto, Prof. Anton Sorokow, Prof. Johannes Meissl, Prof. Elisabeth Kropfitsch, and many others.
She has released videos of her own compositions, arrangements, and performances on Youtube, etc., with a total of over 1 million previews.

Kame Sawada (viola)
She started playing violin at the age of 4 and viola at the age of 18. She has received numerous awards, including the President's Prize at the 2nd International Junior Music Competition, the Grand Prize at the 10th Chiba Competition for Wind, String, and Percussion Instruments, and the Encouragement Prize at the 16th Chiba City Arts and Culture Newcomer Award. Obtained a diploma at the Krk Summer Festival in Croatia. Performed as concerto soloist at the Makuhari Mihama Music Festival and in concerts at the World Heritage Euphrasian Cathedral and Carnegie Weill Recital Hall. After graduating from Toho Gakuen School of Music, she completed her graduate studies at Toho Gakuen School of Music. She has studied violin with Yoshiko Mogi, Hamao Fujiwara, and Tamaki Kawakubo, and viola with Shoko Suda and Daisuke Kato. She is a resident player of the Hyogo Performing Arts Center Orchestra for the 2025-26 season. She has been active in a wide range of performance activities, including guest appearances with professional orchestras and chamber music, and has also been involved in the training of younger musicians, such as teaching youth orchestras. He is a member of Quartet Fresco Vessel's "Anison on Classics! (Luminote) from various music distribution services.
