This year's concert, which will be the first time in three years that the students will perform together with Professor Hiroki Hattori, will feature a program that combines the beautiful and dramatic development of Tchaikovsky's masterpieces with the stylish and stylish 20th century composer, Poulenc. The fourth-year students, who will graduate this year, will present the culmination of their four years of study and the results of their daily efforts.

About the Nanzan University Orchestra
The Nanzan University Orchestra is an amateur orchestra belonging to the Nanzan University Cultural Association. Celebrating its 70th anniversary, the orchestra held a commemorative concert on February 24, 2025, with the participation of alumni and current student members who have taken over the orchestra over many generations, from their teens to their 80s.
The main activities of the orchestra include regular concerts twice a year and performances on campus as a member of the Cultural Association (Cultural Festival, etc.). Some of the members participate in the Tokai Student Orchestra League, and everyone is working hard in daily practice with their own goals.
