Kawanishi Citizen's Orchestra 13th Regular Concert

This year, in our 15th year of existence, one of our long-held dreams has come true. We will be performing with a violinist from our city, Kawanishi City, Mr. Akihiro Miura!
Akihiro Miura is a violinist whom we, who share the same hometown, are proud of and admire, as he has given triumphant performances such as the opening of the Kawanishi City Cicera Hall and is often heard on TV as the concertmaster of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra. In this subscription concert, we will perform Bruch's Violin Concerto together!
The program also includes the overture to Verdi's "Nabucco" and Tchaikovsky's "Symphony No. 4," and we have been practicing these emotional pieces with conductor Hiroshi Sasaki, hoping to deliver them as Kawanishi Orchestra would. We look forward to seeing you at the concert.
